About us

The Romanian Association of Temporary Work Agents (ARAMT) is a non-profit, apolitical, independent and democratic organization founded in June 2010. The Association was founded by the greatest players of the Human Resources market and is dedicated to the promotion of flexible access conditions on the labor market and to the creation of new jobs. The context of these conditions are given by the statistics that place Romania as the European country that holds the lowest rate of temporary contracts in the European region.

ARAMT Objectives

  1. create a lobbying center for the temporary work industry, at national or/and European level
  2. voice the opinion of a relevant segment of the market regarding legal issues on the subject of temporary labor
  3. stimulate the job market in the temporary work sector
  4. address the members’ need to improve their relationship and communication with the public authorities, in aspects regarding public policies, law application, standards and requirements specifically applied to the temporary labor sector
  5. initiate relevant partnerships with business communities, NGOs and associations that share our values as well as our commitment to the development of the temporary work industry
  6. render the Association visible in the media, in its efforts to change the public opinion on the subject of temporary work
  7. organize events meant to communicate the ARAMT message to various targeted groups.

ARAMT Mission

ARAMT’s mission is to place itself as a lobby center in favor of the development and promotion of the temporary work industry, as well as it is in favor of adapting the current Romanian legislation to the EU adopted practices. ARAMT is dedicated to the promotion of the authorized Romanian temporary work agents.

The Association’s activities are dedicated to:
  1. Working for a higher rate of public acknowledgment regarding the temporary work industry and for the development of the labor market, through the two fundamental benefits that it brings, i.e. business flexibility and the creation of new jobs
  2. Creating a legal framework in accordance with the EU laws, regulations and norms;
  3. Actively participating to the social dialogue debates on the subject of job creation and work flexibility
  4. Identifying and promoting quality standards and best practices in the temporary work industry
  5. Improving the public image of the temporary work industry as well as the reputation of flexible work proposals
