With over 30 years of experience in public administration and the non-profit sector, Francisc Gal currently serves as Deputy Secretary of State at the Ministry of Labour, Family, Youth and Social Solidarity. Previously, for nearly a decade, he held the position of Vice President of the Cultural Union of Ruthenians in Romania, where he coordinated cultural and scientific activities as well as international collaborations. Throughout his career, Francisc Gal has also worked within the Romanian Parliament as a Parliamentary Advisor, gaining extensive experience in public policy development and engagement with civil society.

Adrian Dinu – Founder & CEO CREASOFT
Adrian Dinu is the founder and CEO of the CREASOFT Group (creasoft.ro), a Romanian company specialized in HR software development and electronic timekeeping systems. A graduate of the Faculty of Cybernetics and Economic Informatics at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies (ASE), he began his career in banking, serving as Director at Ion Țiriac Bank. Later, he became shareholder and administrator of SAS Grup – alarma.ro, a national leader in GPS vehicle monitoring solutions, which was sold in 2018 to Arobs.
Since 2017, Adrian Dinu has been developing 100% Romanian-made electronic timekeeping systems and HR software solutions focused on work process digitalization and electronic signatures. With nearly two decades of entrepreneurial experience, he now combines software expertise with hardware production, developing and manufacturing equipment in Romania under the CREASOFT brand.

Menno Bart, Head of Policy Advocacy at The Adecco Group
Menno Bart is a labour market expert, working as Head of Policy Advocacy at the Adecco Group. As such, he is responsible for managing the Group’s relationship with global and European policy makers, and for representing the Group in institutional settings. Menno’s areas of expertise include labour market flexibility and diverse forms of work, skills, labour mobility, and the impact of the digital and green “twin transitions” on the world of work.
Menno holds mandates at the World Employment Confederation (WEC), the industry federation representing the HR services industry . These include member of the global Board , chair of the European Public Affairs Committee and member of the Executive Committee of WEC -Europe . In addition, Menno is closely involved with employment and social policy topics working via BusinessEurope, the International Organization of Employers, and Business at OE CD. Menno acted as Co -Chair of the GFMD’s Government Round Table on Labour Migration , and was a business representative on the ISO Ad Hoc Group on Flexible Work in the Gig Economy.
Previously, Menno worked as a lobbyist in Brussels for the World Employment Confederation, and as a consultant for Russchen Consultants. Menno is a former civil servant working for the Dutch government in The Hague, Prague and on Aruba. Menno is currently based in the Netherlands.

He started at HP in 2002 as an intern and subsequently held various roles – from Personal Systems Category Manager and Partner Business Manager to Distribution and Channel Manager. Today, he leads one of the largest HP offices in Europe, with approximately 1,500 employees and over 13 business units. Răzvan Bratu – Corporate Vice President, Head of Quote To Cash, Honeywell
With extensive experience in strategy, operations, and process transformation, Răzvan Bratu globally leads the Quote to Cash area at Honeywell. Sonja van Lieshout, President of World Employment Confederation Europe and Global Head of Public Affairs at Randstad N.V.
With over two decades of experience in public affairs and the labor industry, Sonja van Lieshout leads the global public affairs strategy of Randstad N.V., coordinating advocacy initiatives, strategic stakeholder engagement, and thought leadership worldwide. Collaborating with international organizations such as ILO (International Labour Organization), IOE, OECD, and European institutions, Sonja plays a key role in shaping policies and standards within the labor ecosystem. A member of the B20 Employment and Education Task Force since 2014, she brings long-term strategic vision and global influence.
As President of World Employment Confederation Europe and a member of the Global Council of the World Employment Confederation, she actively contributes to the development of the employment and recruitment industry, both in Europe and internationally. Sebastian Rusu, Vice President of the Labor and Social Protection Committee, Chamber of Deputies
Sebastian Rusu is a member of the Romanian Parliament and Vice President of the Labor and Social Protection Committee. With extensive experience in both public administration and the private sector, he served as Deputy Mayor of Brașov Municipality and coordinated projects and teams in human resources and consulting companies such as Human Solutions, Humangest, and Manpower. His professional background provides him with a valuable perspective on the labor market and the challenges of public policies in the social and economic field.

Sorina Donisa – CEO, Prohuman Romania
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Finance, and Consulting, Sorina Donisa currently holds the position of President of AFSRU and CEO of Prohuman Romania since 2010. She joined the Prohuman team in 1998 as Chief Accountant, and although she started in a role coordinating the finance department, over the years she has also led and developed a strong Human Resources business line within the company.
Sorina graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, West University of Timișoara, specializing in Finance and Accounting. In 2013–2014, she served as President of ARAMT (Romanian Association of Temporary Work Agencies) for two consecutive terms. The mission of this association was to create a conducive and flexible legislative environment for temporary work activities in Romania.

Adelina Mihai – Moderator, Publisher CARIERE
Adelina Mihai worked as a journalist at Ziarul Financiar, the leader of the Romanian business press, for 14 years, where she covered topics related to the Romanian labor market, taxation and macroeconomics.
She entered entrepreneurship at the end of 2022, and currently works on research & communication projects with various companies in industries such as training, job platforms, business schools, etc.
Since 2017 she has been a board member of the World Vision Romania Foundation, an organization dedicated to the well-being of children from vulnerable environments.
She graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences at the University of Bucharest. In 2011, she received the “Florin Petria” award offered by Piața Financiară magazine in the Best Business Journalist of the Year category, and in 2015 she was designated “Young Journalist of the Year” in the Economic category in the competition organized by Freedom House.

With over 18 years of experience in developing and consolidating BIA Group, Mariana Vaida has built step by step a remarkable career in human resources, staff leasing, and payroll. She joined the team in 2007 as Payroll Manager, at a time of transformation, combining the discipline gained in the corporate environment with the agility of an entrepreneurial spirit.
