Employers worldwide anticipate a positive hiring outlook in Q2 2023, with 22 of 41 countries reporting higher intentions than last quarter, according to the latest ManpowerGroup Employment Outlook Survey of nearly 39,000 employers in 41 countries and territories.

Among the 22 countries that reported improved outlooks, the biggest quarter-over-quarter changes were seen in Europe, particularly in the Czech Republic (+14%), Norway (+10%), and the Netherlands (+10%).
